Xpect offers a comprehensive medical plan, which provides employees and their covered dependents with major medical inpatient and outpatient services, prescription drugs, vision, and wellness care. Eligible employees are enrolled in the Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plan. Employees have the option of employee only, employee plus one dependent or family coverage for medical, dental, and vision coverage. 100% of employee medical premium costs are paid by Xpect.
Xpect provides a life insurance benefit equal to 1 times an employee's basic annual salary. For coverage above the company-provided life insurance, employees may purchase their own additional coverage for themselves and their family members.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Xpect provides employees, at no cost, Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance to protect against accidental death or loss of a limb, hearing, and sight. The benefit is up to 1 times an employee's basic annual salary. Additional AD&D coverage is available for employees and their family to purchase.
Retirement Savings Plan
Xpect offers the ability for all full and part-time employees to enroll in Xpect's Retirement Plan. Employees may elect to contribute, on a pre-tax basis, up to 50% (subject to IRS restrictions) of their base salary. Xpect will in turn match dollar for dollar contributed by the employee on the first 4% of their contribution.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Xpect employees are provided with 3 weeks of PTO. Employees begin accruing PTO immediately after their date of hire. Xpect also celebrates 10 Federal holidays.
Xpect frequently awards outstanding individual employee performance by presentation of cash bonuses and non-cash awards.
Employee Referral Bonus Program
Xpect provides cash bonuses to eligible employees whose referral results in filling a recruiting vacancy.
